Submersible multistage pumps are designed for lifting and transferring aggressive water containing mechanical impurities up to 50 g/m³ at temperatures up to +40 °C.

Submersible Multistage Pump — is a pump with multiple impellers, designed for lifting and transferring water with impurities from depth.

 

Purpose:

Submersible multistage pumps are intended for lifting and pumping aggressive and corrosive water containing mechanical impurities up to 50 g/m³ at a pumped medium temperature of up to +40 °C.

 

Design Features:

  • The stainless steel housing ensures high corrosion resistance and long service life under harsh operating conditions.

  • All metal components are made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, while shafts are manufactured from AISI 431, 304, or 316 steel.

  • A reinforced discharge head with a built-in check valve prevents backflow when the pump is stopped and reduces the risk of water hammer.

  • A safe mounting hook is provided for convenient installation and removal of the equipment.

  • Connection dimensions comply with NEMA standards, ensuring compatibility with various electric motors.

  • High-quality bearings guarantee minimal friction and long-lasting performance.

  • A locking ring prevents damage to the pump components during transportation and axial displacement during startup.

  • A stainless steel mesh filter limits the entry of sand and foreign particles into the pump’s working chamber.
