Purpose:
Submersible multistage pumps are intended for lifting and pumping aggressive and corrosive water containing mechanical impurities up to 50 g/m³ at a pumped medium temperature of up to +40 °C.
Design Features:
The stainless steel housing ensures high corrosion resistance and long service life under harsh operating conditions.
All metal components are made of AISI 304 or AISI 316 stainless steel, while shafts are manufactured from AISI 431, 304, or 316 steel.
A reinforced discharge head with a built-in check valve prevents backflow when the pump is stopped and reduces the risk of water hammer.
A safe mounting hook is provided for convenient installation and removal of the equipment.
Connection dimensions comply with NEMA standards, ensuring compatibility with various electric motors.
High-quality bearings guarantee minimal friction and long-lasting performance.
A locking ring prevents damage to the pump components during transportation and axial displacement during startup.
A stainless steel mesh filter limits the entry of sand and foreign particles into the pump’s working chamber.
