Quick Connect Nuts (QCN) are designed for fast, secure, and tool-free connection and disconnection of pipelines, high-pressure hoses, and oil & gas equipment components. They are ideal for operations requiring speed and reliability in limited space conditions.
 

Main Technical Parameters:

• Wellbore Medium: Oil, gas, gas condensate containing mechanical impurities up to 25 mg/l, and formation water up to 80% by volume.

• Corrosion-Resistant Design: Non-corrosive and corrosive-resistant (K1, K2, K3 according to GOST 13846-89 or AA, BB, CC, DD according to API Spec 6A).

• Level of Technical Requirements for Manufacturing / Safety Level (API): According to GOST: UT1, UT2 / According to API: PSL1, PSL2, PSL3.

• Temperature Classes (API): K, L, P, R, S.
