Application:

Slab gate valves with metal-to-metal sealing are designed to shut off flow in wellhead equipment, production, and injection wells. These valves are also used in blowout prevention systems.  
 

Main Technical Parameters:

• Well fluid – oil, gas, and gas condensate with mechanical impurities up to 25 mg/l and formation water up to 80% by volume;  
   

• Seal tightness class – Class A according to GOST 9544 - 2005;

• Corrosion-resistant version: non-corrosion-resistant, or corrosion-resistant versions K1, K2, K3 according to GOST 13846-89 or AA, BB, CC, DD-NL, ENL, FF-NL, NL as per API Spec 6A;  
   
• Manufacturing technical level according to GOST / API safety level: UT1, UT2, UT3, UT4 / PSL1, PSL2, PSL3, PSL3G, PSL4;  
   

• Operational technical requirement level according to GOST / API: UTR1, UTR2 / PR1, PR2;

• API temperature classes: K, L, P, R, S, T, U.
