LOCAL MINE AXIAL VENTILATION FANS VME

LOCAL MINE AXIAL VENTILATION FANS VME

VME — fans for mines and explosive areas.

product-16-02.jpg

VME fans ventilate mines and hazardous areas from -40 to +40 °C. Equipped with explosion-proof removable motors.

Application:

The VME axial mine fans for local ventilation are designed for ventilating the upper sections of mines, ore mines, and other dusty and gas-filled environments, including explosive zones, at ambient temperatures from -40°C to +40°C, with air dust concentration not exceeding 50 mg/m³. The VME fans are manufactured in explosion-proof designs and are equipped with removable explosion-proof electric motors rated at 380/600 V or 660/1140 V.

The fan structure includes a cylindrical housing on skids, an electric motor, an impeller, an anti-slippage device, an outlet nozzle, and a suction manifold. If noise reduction is necessary, a special silencer can be supplied upon agreement with the customer.

The structural features allow two fans to be connected in series to increase total pressure in the ventilation duct system. Fans must be installed in a horizontal position with an allowable axis deviation of up to 30°. The distance from the suction manifold to the ground and tunnel walls must be at least 0.6 meters.
