Application:
The choke manifold is designed for wellhead configuration and is used to control and regulate the operating mode of the well, direct the well stream to oil and gas collection points, and switch between different choke levels.
Main Technical Parameters:
Nominal bore (mm/in): 52 (2 1/16"), 65 (2 9/16"), 80 (3 1/16")
Working pressure (MPa/psi): 21 (3000), 35 (5000), 70 (10000)
Well media: oil, gas, gas condensate containing mechanical impurities up to 25 mg/l and formation water up to 80% by volume
Corrosion resistance: non-corrosive and K1, K2, K3 as per GOST 13846-89 or AA, BB, CC, DD as per API Spec 6A
Equipped with: jacks for adjusting the manifold height
Manufacturing specification level (GOST/API): UT1, UT2 / PSL1, PSL2, PSL3
Performance specification level (GOST/API): UTR1, UTR2 / PR1, PR2
API temperature classes: K, L, P, R, S
